1. Ranked 255 globally, ahead of Mombasa (396), Durban (398), and Cape Town (400).

2. Improved from a score of -176 in 2021 to -7.75 in 2025 — one of the strongest recoveries among East African gateway ports.

3. Now the most efficient mainland East African gateway, outperforming Maputo, Beira, Nacala, Port Louis, Walvis Bay, and Longoni.
