TPA RWANDA OFFICE INOUGURATES CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK

In recognition of World Customer Service Week*, the Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), through its Kigali Office, has embarked on a series of visits to its esteemed clients both within and outside Kigali.

Led by Mr. Adam Shindo, TPA’s Representative in Rwanda, the visits aim to strengthen partnerships, gather client feedback, and share updates on the range and quality of TPA’s port services.
